G & G was created by the Heldman family nearly 20 years ago with the goal of providing the freshest, best-tasting food in Blairsville. We take great pride in our work, as well as our wonderful community. We are proud to support the many organizations in the community, including schools, law enforcement, veterans, and area businesses.
When the creators of G&G Bakery and Cafe expressed interest in retiring, their son Brandon jumped at the chance to take over the family business and move back to Blairsville to continue the tradition started by his parents. Brandon's commitment to excellence shows in everything he does, and he works day and night making the donuts, pastries, and breads for his customers to enjoy. In 2023, we were the proud recipients of the Atlanta Business Journal's "Best of Georgia" award in the bakery category. In addition to this award, we were also selected as the "Hidden Gem" winner in North Georgia. G&G is a proud member of the Blairsville-Union Chamber of Commerce.
